Stepping into the mahogany interior with a touch of kente lobby of the hotel, I instantly felt class, luxury, style, tranquility, and freshness. The rooms are of great standard, making me feel at home, with the added convenience of the 'Handy' smart phone for international calls. The service received was very friendly, though a random man insisted on helping with my bag for only a short distance. The location, very close to the popular busy Oxford street, offers easy access to restaurants and shops. The dining experience was splendid, but I did have to request food refills daily. Overall, the hotel provides a luxurious stay with some minor inconveniences.

Upon arrival, I was surprised to find out that our payment was incomplete, as the receptionist claimed, but the self-contained apartment had a modern African interior with air conditioning, free WiFi, and a TV. The spacious room also featured a small kitchenette for added comfort.

The hotel greeted me with a touch of luxury and style, making me feel at home for my five-day stay. The rooms are excellent, modern, and peaceful, offering a sense of class and tranquility. However, the reception staff fell short of providing an acceptable welcome during check-in.

The small kitchen was a nice touch for added convenience. However, the service, especially at reception, was a bit lacking. The central location was a major plus, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The dining experience was delightful, offering a variety of mouthwatering continental and Ghanaian cuisine for breakfast. Overall, a great value for money stay with a few minor drawbacks.
